The three-spindle screw pump, also referred to as a triple screw pump or three screw pump, is used for transferring lubricating fluids with smooth flow and low vibration. Its three-spindle arrangement is suited to fuel-oil, lubrication and hydraulic systems within the specified viscosity, pressure and temperature range. This three-spindle screw pump can be configured for foot, flange, wall, pedestal, bracket or submersible mounting, with heated or cooled designs selected according to the delivered medium and installation requirements.
SN three-spindle screw pump is self-priming.
Because of the unit assembly system, every 3 spindle screw pump can be supplied as a cartridge pump for foot-, flange-, or wall mounting, in pedestal-, bracket-, or submersible design.
According to the delivery medium, heated or cooled designs are also available.
A three screw pump is normally evaluated for lubricating fluids such as fuel oil, lubrication oil and hydraulic media. Before selecting a model, provide viscosity at the minimum and maximum operating temperatures, density, lubricity, vapor pressure, solids, required flow, suction pressure, discharge pressure and operating speed.
